Common questions
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, tap "Unlock Premium," and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom of the screen. The app will verify your Apple account's entitlement and unlock the premium features if you have already purchased them.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete My Cloud Data." This removes the app's data from your device and your private iCloud account. You can also delete the app entirely from iOS at any time. This does not affect any subscription or lifetime purchase you may have — those are handled by Apple and remain on your Apple account independently of the app.
How do I turn analytics off?
Analytics are off by default. If you enabled them, go to Settings inside the app and toggle "Analytics" off. The app stops sending data immediately, and your local analytics identifier is rotated.
What devices does TypeThai support?
TypeThai is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later.
Purchases and billing
All purchases of TypeThai are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for your transaction, and your payment, billing address, and Apple ID information stay with Apple. We receive only confirmation that your account is entitled to the premium features.
Billing questions, refund requests, and payment issues are handled by Apple, not by us. Because we do not have access to your transaction details, we are not able to process refunds or look up payment records on your behalf. For these requests, please contact Apple directly at support.apple.com/billing or use the "Report a Problem" link in your Apple receipt email.
