Privacy Policy

This policy covers the websites klondis.com and lingofrontier.com. Our apps have their own privacy policies, linked from their store listings and from TypeThai for iOS and TypeThai for Android.

1. Who We Are

2. What We Process and Why

Server logs. When you visit our websites, our web servers record technical details of each request, such as your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser's user agent. We use them to keep the websites secure and working, to detect and investigate abuse, and to produce visitor statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating secure websites (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Emails. If you email us, for example with feedback, we process your email address, name and message to reply and to act on what you tell us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(f)).

Our websites do not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising or tracking.

3. How Long We Keep It

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation, and are then deleted or anonymised, at the latest after 13 months. Logs relating to a security incident or abuse may be kept longer, for as long as needed to investigate it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your message and any follow-up.

4. Who Else Handles It

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts our servers in the EU, and our email is handled by email providers such as Google. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data. We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
