Delete your TypeThai Android account

This page lets you delete the Google-backed account used by LingoFrontier: Type Thai for Android, even if the App is no longer installed.

Deleting TypeThai does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If a TypeThai subscription is still set to renew, first turn off renewal in Google Play Subscriptions. You normally keep premium access until the paid period expires.

Before you delete

Use the same Google Account that you used to sign in to TypeThai.
If a subscription still renews, turn off renewal in Google Play first.
Return here, sign in, review the deletion summary, and confirm.

Secure self-service deletion

Google sign-in is used only to verify which TypeThai account you control. Signing in does not delete anything by itself.

What deletion removes

your TypeThai Firebase Authentication account;
your TypeThai premium-entitlement document;
purchase-ownership records linked to that TypeThai account; and
synchronized learning progress linked to that TypeThai account.

What deletion does not remove

your Google Account or Google Play purchase and payment history;
a Google Play subscription or its renewal setting;
learning progress and settings stored locally on a device; or
eligible learning-progress data already held in Android backup.

Cloud progress deletion is normally immediate. If a service failure interrupts deletion, a daily recovery job retries removal of the remaining cloud progress.

To remove local data, clear TypeThai's app storage or uninstall the App. Use your Android or Google Account backup controls to manage backups.

Minimal billing-notification receipts and operational security logs may remain for reliability, duplicate-event prevention, fraud prevention, or legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. TypeThai's retained billing receipts do not contain your email address, Firebase user ID, raw purchase token, Google Play order ID, or learning progress.

If paid time remains after renewal is turned off, you can later sign in to TypeThai with the same Google Account and use Restore purchases to recover any entitlement that Google Play still verifies as active.

If secure self-service deletion is unavailable, or you cannot use the original Google Account, email privacy@klondis.com to request deletion. Please do not send your Google password, payment-card information, purchase token, or full Google Play order details.

Klondis may need enough information to verify that the request relates to your TypeThai account. Self-service deletion is immediate once the secure request succeeds.
